• Consultation, measure, take photos of each room being staged, discuss budget with client/realtor

• Select a staging date

• Prepare plan based on budget and consultation

• Select furniture & accessories based on the homes style

• Pack, load furnishings, delivery, install and showcase

• Photos with our photographer (with an additional fee), list home, SOLD

• Upon completion of inspection and appraisal is complete client shall call 6 days prior for pick up

• De-stage pick-up, pack load truck, unpack unload truck and put back into  inventory

Owner Occupied

• Schedule a consultation with homeowner

• Measure rooms, take photos of each room being staged, discuss the budget with the client or realtor

• Email client a to-do list (what items to remove, pack up)

• Select staging date

• Prepare a plan based on the budget and any obstacles (animals, small children) 

• Select furniture & accessories based on the style of the home

• Pack, load furnishings, delivery, install and showcase

• Photos with our photographer (for an additional fee) list home, SOLD

• Upon completion of the inspection and appraisal is complete client shall call 6 days prior for pick up

• De-stage pick-up, pack load truck, unpack, unload truck and put away back into inventory

• Order furniture and accessories based on budget

• After furniture has been delivered at my warehouse, pack truck and deliver to model

• Assemble furniture, unpack accessories, and hang art

• Showcase model

  • We offer cabinet color, style, counter selection, flooring and paint colors
